Caste Certificate

Eligibility:

1. Applicant should be resident of Chhattisgarh and he or his parents should be permanent resident of Chhattisgarh since 1950.
2. Applicant should be a normal resident of wherever he lives.
3. The applicant should belong to either Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribes Community or Class.
4.  Identification Proof

Required Documents:

For Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe

1. Report of Patwari and Sarpanch or Parshad
2. Self-declaration document
3. Verified copy of the P-6 Jamabandi / Misal (pre-1950s) or a Pre-1950 government document with caste mentioned on it (Proposal of the Gram Sabha in the case of landless)/Record of Rights/Self attested copy of Dakhil Kharij Panji.
4. Class 5^th / 8^th or Affidavit in case of illiterate.
5. Original copy of ancestral list.
6. Original copy of current year B-1 form.
7. Re-Numbering List
8. Domecile Certificate
9. Identification Document (Voter’s ID/ Aadhar Card/ Ration Card)

 

For OBC
