Application form for voting by postal ballot for voters above 85 years of age / differently abled / Covid 19 infected and absentee voters of notified essential service.

Voters above 85 years of age, disabled (more than 40%), Covid-19 infected persons and essential service category voters can fill the Form 12 D through BLO or self-submitting the form in the Assistant Returning Office by April 17 through postal ballot. The essential services category will include the following services:

1. Indian Railways
2. Media Persons to whom authorisation letters have been issued with the approval by ECI for Polling Day coverage.
3. Electricity Department
4. BSNL
5. Post and Telegram
6. Doordarshan
7. All India Radio
8. State Milk Union and Milk Cooperative Societies
9. Health Department
10. Food Corporation of India
